I’m a nervous patient, both the dentist and the dental nurse were very kind and patient. I was very scared when I arrived, I was soon put at ease. I was kept informed all the way through my appointment

The receptionist was very rude. I checked to see if my appointment was cancelled. I couldn’t even finish to say my name and she asked with un impulsive tone the date of birth. She said the appointment was cancelled, I said ok, thank you, good bye, but she hang up, without even say goodbye. I have more than 10 years experience in customer service. I can’t believe they allowed such un unprofessional personal to work there.

The hygienist at Ashburnham is easily the best I’ve ever visited. I have also had to have a feeling replaced in the past months and that was done quickly efficiently, and without any discomfort at all - thoroughly recommend the practice.

Have been going to this practice for over 40 years and have always found the dentists to be extremely professional and kind - The Reception staff at the moment are cheerful, helpful and efficient and managed to book me in at short notice - Thank you

-i got an appointment with the attending doctor very quickly -assistance provided and a translator provided for an easy procedure -accurate and quick detection and visualization -proposed treatment and, if necessary, a new appointment until the issue is resolved
