I attend frequently for myself and my 2 children, and unfortunately, this year, I have not been seen on time. If I was late to the appointment, you would cancel this. I've not been given a receipt or treatment plan. Other than booking an appointment, I wasn't told how long the appointment was for and was asked to make a full payment....surely there should have been an option? Although everyone is always freidnly helpful and service is great, it's poor that time is an issue as people take time out of work or have other appointments/plans after which leads to having a knock on affect

Murton Dental Care managed to squeeze me in 5 days before Christmas when I phoned up seeking help for toothache. When I arrived, I had a very short wait and then was given an xray and advice for treatment. I decided to have the troublesome tooth removed- this procedure was carried out in an efficient manner with minimum pain for me. Brilliant service!

Went to get a filling replaced, which was carried out straight away at the first visit, which I liked as it saved me booking an other new appointment and then going back again to get the tooth repaired

The reception staff are very welcoming when you walk in the door and the professionalism and friendliness of the whole team is outstanding. I have been visiting the practice every three months to see the dentist and the hygienist and I am very pleased with the treatment and the results.

I have a very sensitive tooth that I thought may have to be removed. I was reassured by the Dentist that since the tooth looks to be healthy we should leave it and use some sensitive toothpaste to help calm it , Returning in 7 days time to review. The Dentist was very helpful, considerate and professional in her manner.

Fabulous as always, I’m nervous at the dentist no matter what but everyone in the practice makes me feel at ease. Reception are very helpful when it comes to making appointments etc.

Recently I had a full set of dentures made at Murton Dental Care. Iam a disabled person and can only walk 2 or 3 meters aided with sticks. I was a little bit apprehensive before attending Murton Dental Care because, lets face it, not many people like to see a dental surgeon. I have always been a nervous patient but this time I wasn't!! From the minute i walked through the front door i was made welcome. I was treat like a VIP. When it was my turn to go in the surgery, i was met by the surgeon. She stood and helped me along the small corridor. She made me feel at ease from the moment i entered the sterile room and sat down on the sanitised chair. Everything was explained, step by step. Murton Dental care have flying honors when it come down to people skills. In fact, not just people skills, but everthing! I was treat with dignity, respect, empathy, decency, i could go on and on.No wonder it was hard to get on as a patient at Murton Dental care. They are in great demand and rightly so. Well done Murton Dental care. I will be recomending you to everyone i know.

Phoned on Monday to see if any chance of seeing dentist And given appointment for a day later excellent service Reception staff always very helpful and friendly Dentist I see is excellent always explains what is required no pain when extracting tooth. A very good service all round
