The dentist was unable to remove the tooth I have waited months and had it cancelled. I was referred and then got a message to say it was declined. I rang up to find out what was going on to be told I had to ring them. I had no idea who them was. I was given a number for west Derby. I rang and they said they do not deal with referrals I have to go on line. I asked where on line? I was told the web site. Then she informed me there was a 12 week waiting time for referrals. I could not wait 12 weeks with a tooth half pulled. Can’t eat can’t talk can’t sleep. I went private the same day. Took the dentist 3 minutes. £450. Very poor service.

Really can’t thank the reception girl and the dentist woman who fitted me in today even through they was fully booked so thankyou again and also to the dentist woman who was was patient with me and talked me through everything that was happening

All my treatment was explained, the dentist was patient, all the assistants were polite and helpful, I am very pleased with my painless procedure, well done, will never be so scared to attend ever again

The Dentist had a lovely manor and was very efficient. Hopefully I won’t have any problems with my new dentures and if so they can be adjusted

The dentist was very good and he was helpful with ongoing problem. The receptionists are amazing and nothing is too much trouble for them. They are polite, friendly whilst being professional.

The dentist seemed very efficient and gave a clear account of the problems affecting my teeth. The temporary filling was applied swiftly with no real discomfort. The fact that the necessary permanent treatment cannot be scheduled until after a standard check-up is worrying as the practice is not currently offering appointments for check-ups.

I've been calling monthly since Feb for a routine check up but they've been unable to book an appointment as they were waiting for a new dentist to start, and then weren't accepting any appointments for check ups. Reception staff are always very polite, just a shame as they must be sick of saying the same thing over and over.

Such a lovely dentist did extractions for me very professional However know one on reception when I arrived waited 10 mins for someone to appear

Good speed of service. Although M&P aren’t taking appointments for check ups, they did get me in the same day after calling in the morning with severe tooth pain.

The dentist was lovely - had a check up with my baby and toddler and the dentist was great with both of them really friendly and reassuring so no tears or stress :)
