I have never been to my appointment and been seen on time..always been 20/25 mins after appoint..The turn over of dentist is poor…in the couple of yrs being with this Dentist I have had 3 or 4 different dentists..after my appointment today I had to book in again in 3 months but couldn’t book it in as they said they had no dentists? So I have to call in two months time! My dentist are lovely though and very helpful and I can’t fault them but just really need to keep seeing the same dentist!

Appts on time surgery clean and tidy staff friendly but professional dentist went throught the whole procedure.. painless and quick treatments . given clear aftercare details great surgery

Saw a lovely dentist today Unfortualty told me she was leaving next month so was unable to complete my treatment plan . On leaving went to desk she told me can’t book you an appointment we have no dentists I was taken aback excuse me your a practice with no dentists she relied yes we only have two part timers and 20.000 patients you will have to find another practise I am appalled this needs reporting to the nhs and all the authorities involved it’s like have a doctors surgery with no doctors I need help avoid at all costs

I have been trying to get an appointment since January. I was told by the extremely blasé receptionist the books were closed, call back on the 1st March for an appointment in May. Called today by an equally blasé receptionist only to be told the books are still closed, call back in April for an appointment in June!! This used to be a great practice to attend with friendly staff and now you can't even get an appointment. It's ridiculous.

Haven't been able to get an appointment with the dentist. Told they only have one dentist. They cancelled booked routine appointments for my 2 children. They haven't been seen since the Covid-19 pandemic. Told to ring back sometime in March 2023. Would not recommend this dental practice.
