I was very nervous about my appointment and full of anxiety but the staff @ this dental surgery made me feel safe and calm , I’m very pleased to be now on their books for my forever dental care.

Assign to a new dentist at the practice who treated & filled the 'surface erosion' on two of my top front teeth. This job had been over-due for a number of years (!) - well pleased that the new dentist at the NHS practice finally fixed the problem. ++++++.

Never has any appointments. Never answers phone, never helps with queries and they are always rushing and not fully attentive to customers

Dentist always informative, caring and helpful. I could book appointments ahead and can mostly get an appointment when needed

I've been trying to get an appointment for several weeks. I've left several voicemail messages with a request to call me back but have had no answer. I finally got through to the practice on the telephone today. The first appointment I can get with my dentist is in 2 months at a time that isn't really convenient. I could do with an earlier morning appointment but my dentist doesn't start work earlier & I'm not allowed to see another dentist at the practice. I have an ongoing issue that my dentist has been trying to get to the bottom of but without success so far and I continue to experience discomfort. I was told today that if I need to see a dentist earlier, just to ring the practice. But I can never get through on the telephone... Emails return a delivery failure message. I do appreciate that services and resources are under pressure at the moment but it's really frustrating. :(
