Incredibly kind and patient with me, as someone who has been dentist phobic since my teens. I was really proud of myself for having three fillings done today. The only filling I'd ever had was 30 years ago and so I was petrified. I couldn't have done it without the patience and professionalism of my dentist and while I'm not cured of my phobia, I feel I'm able to start attending check-ups with less fear.

Great practice with lovely staff, reception staff are always polite and my dentist is lovely, understanding and clear when explaining anything to me. I have anxiety of appointments but I'm finding this practice is helping with that thanks to the efforts the staff makes. During a filling and extraction he was kind, considerate and consistent with checking I'm okay, the procedure went completely fine.

I needed a difficult extraction and my dentist was as gentle as he could possibly have been considering the unusual problem that I had with a double crown. He even managed to retrieve a virtually submerged root - without any doubt, an excellent dentist. All tihs with no stress for me whatsoever.

I was extremely anxious about my recent visit. The dentist and nurse were amazing, they constantly put my mind at ease, talking me through the treatment as it was being done, and their overall kindness has given me the confidence to continue my journey with a new dental practice. I cannot thank them enough.

2/3 appointments we’ve had they’ve tried to charge privately for treatment that should be included under the NHS treatment bands. Wanted to remove my daughter’s milk teeth unnecessarily. Gave me a useless filling that ended up being more painful than it was before! Had to go to another dentist to have it removed as did not trust MK dental. Also they did not refund our deposit, even after agreeing to do so.

For a long time I’ve felt I have had bad experiences with dentists, so much so, I was actually afraid to go to my appointments. This past week in the morning whilst accompanying my mother shopping in Brighton, I happened to knock my front tooth out, so I felt obliged to go straight to MK Dental & Implant. They were fantastic. I explained my situation and concerns and they immediately gave me an appointment, which to my glee, I did not expect. The clinician was friendly, informative and very professional. In no time she replaced my tooth. (a crown). She gave me new fillings because my old ones had gone, due to not attending my appointments because of I was too nervous. There was no pain, I felt very relaxed, and it was fast, effective and very efficient. My faith has been restored! Thank you MK Dental & Implant Special thanks to the clinician and assistants

Without doubt one of the best dentists I've encountered. Above all else, it's the care and consideration they show to patients that makes them stand out. As someone who doesn't have the greatest teeth, not once have I been made to feel guilty or embarrassed (which has been the case elsewhere) and each check-up or treatment has been hassle-free. Thank you!

MK Dental Practice are simply fantastic. Not only are the reception team quick (and efficient), the dental and nursing team/s are great too. Our dentist is outstanding with patients both young and old. He has a very calm and lovely manner. Offers praise and instruction on dental care to nervous little / big ones and spends time with parents / patients to ensure there is an understanding of good hygiene and care between visits. Highly recommend the team at MK Dental Practice. Just outstanding.

I recently booked my first appointment at MK Dental Practice and promptly completed all the online forms, including those related to background and medical history, well within their policy timeframe. I even received an appointment reminder. Shockingly, less than 30 hours before the scheduled time, they abruptly cancelled my appointment via text message with no explanation. Feeling frustrated and disrespected, especially considering their advertised 7-day operation, I followed up with an email requesting the reason for the cancellation and expressing interest in rescheduling. However, as of today, I have received no response from MK Dental. This complete lack of communication is unacceptable. Their unprofessional attitude, from the last-minute cancellation to the radio silence after my attempt to reach out, is deeply concerning. Unfortunately, due to this experience, I cannot recommend MK Dental Practice to others.

I have been using this dentist 20 year long before they become MK. The new owner is rude, told me many times, "My practise my rules, there are other dentists!! The second time I saw him he told myself he would be the judge of what medication my GP prescribes as to weather he would even look in my mouth, I walked out. They say they take NHS patients, just try calling, they will say they are full, then call back and say your private.....!
