Allowed me to have treatment while my toddler was present without another adult to look after her, was really nice with her when taking her out of the room for me to have an x-ray.

Staff are always friendly dentist is lovely never makes you feel rushed . Great holistic tip about fingertip touching to stop gag reflex I’m amazed but it really worked tooth filled no dramas ??

Reeptionist were welcoming, did not have to wait long. The dentist was lovely and explained what and why i needed treatment. Overall, really nice people and service excellent...Thank you

The girls in there are absolutely lovely, I’m petrified of dentists and West Heath dental surgery absolutely make me feel slightly at easy the best dentist I’ve ever been too.

Tooth removed and carried out making sure i was comfortable pain wise and informative. When it felt uncomfotable stopped and more anesthetic given. Reminded me to keep breathing as i was so tense which then made the experience more confortable. When you are tense you firget to breathe may be a simple thing but very effective when you are in a tense situation.
