Staff were friendly and helpful. Dentist was very careing and explained everything and had the feeling all was relaxed no rush. Very good for me who is always a little tense.

The hygienist was super friendly and very knowledgable. The way she explained things was very good and she did a great job. Very happy with the service.

Dentist & nurse were professional and helpful. Receptionist was noticeably unhelpful and rude, tainting the entire visit.

Upon arrival Both Receptionist were very welcoming and helpful. Hygienist was lovely, spoke about what she was doing all the way through appt putting my mind at ease. Gave me advice after. My family were right this is the best dentist to go to without a doubt. Thank you to you all. Outstanding xx

I have been waiting 6 months for a referral and not been told why I even need the referral and was given no information at all and when I ring up to chase my referral they just tell me they will chase it up and I still hear nothing till I call back and try again later in the month they then sent me to another dentist practice for another opinion and once again was told nothing as to why I was being sent and was told again to wait for the same referral to the max factor clinic and nothing could be done but the way it’s going I doubt I will have any teeth left if I dont get this referral soon as I am epileptic and have seizures regularly and usually land on my face and damage my jaw and teeth more and knocked out two teeth due to seizures and one was a wisdom tooth and still nothing has been done or offered to me in form of help just keep being told to wait for the referral and the pain is now constant and all over my mouth to the point I can’t eat solid food I cant sleep and I can’t drink anything cold or hot as it causes to much pain and I really need some help soon please

Very first appointment… no questions asked although I explained that I was having a slight issue with one tooth… wasn’t asked which one…no prodding of teeth or fillings during this appointment nor was I told that I looked after my teeth
