The care the dentist and nurse took. Bigger filling and awkward placement of tooth, but wasn’t uncomfortable at all.

My appointment was at 2pm I was disappointed that the door was not unlocked until 6 minutes past 2!! On entering the reception area there was a dirty dish and glass o the desk I find this unacceptable. Dentist I saw was lovely.

Had an inlay fall out at the end of the day and the team stayed on late to treat me as an emergency as I was going away the next day. I felt well looked after and reassured throughout the treatment.

I needed a crown fitted to a molar. Two visits, one to get a temporary crown made, with a return visit to get the metal crown installed. Brilliant service from start to finish, the lady dentist constantly checked I was ok throughout. The permanent crown fitted perfectly first time. I definitely recommend.

I live in Suffolk and had to see the dentist on a Saturday via the 111 emergency dentist route. The dentist was excellent and prescribed thecantiobiotics I knew needed. Office Manager/Receptionist was superb as well. Advice re tooth brush was also excellent. Highly rate the quality of the staff who work here.

The dentists & nurses are all wonderful, skilled & delightful but the receptionists are rude & unfriendly every single time. They are letting the business down imo as would have given 10 stars otherwise

The dentist was absolutely fantastic!! As a nervous patient, she took the time and explained everything to me and talked me though the extraction. Would definitely recommend.

The dentist which I saw was hands down the best dentist I’ve seen in my entire life, I needed three back molars removed and she made me feel comfortable and relaxed the whole time explaining what she was going to be doing and stopping regularly to make sure I was okay. All round a great experience (even if it was at the dentist)
