Dentist excellent, explains fully about treatment. Staff always pleasant… I know it can’t be helped, but appointments can run behind scheduled time.

Being a nervous patient., the dentist takes his time to explain everything to me . Gives good advice on dental care. Cannot fault the treatment given.

The staff are always lovely so not out of the ordinary but both dentist and assistant were very friendly and proactive, making me aware of all the options available without judgement. I would always recommend this dentist.

I am a very anxious patient & the dentist i saw ( i'm sorry but i dont remember her name ) was extremely patient with me. The dental nurse who was with her was also lovely with me which all helped to keep me calm.

Dentist was excellent, receptionist very unwelcoming, on phone as approached reception. Very blunt, bordering on rude, popped into dentist room and bluntly told ‘ You need to fill this out too!’ It is a shame because all of my experience with the dentists have been excellent it is just the reception staff that let it down

The receptionist was very helpful, the dentist put me completely at ease and explained everything in full detail. The whole experience was friendly, helpful and informative.

Had been removed from NHS list as had not attended since 2018 but had had no need and had not received any notification that I would be removed so had no opportunity to stop this.

The dentist I saw was amazing. He could see how much pain i was in so was very careful not to make it worse and explained everything to make me less anxious. Couldnt have had a better experience

I’m a nervous patient and really hate visiting dentist’s. The visit was amazing I still can’t believe how calm they made me feel. This was my first time at this dentist and I can honestly say this is the best I have ever felt.
