I phoned early March and got appointment late may even I have bleeding gum and moving and loose tooth and broken tooth with crown hanging and I had to phoned again as the pain was quite bad and managed to get an appointment on Saturday 29 April when arrived the receptionist said I was very early even I was 15 mins early and over 45 mins which wasn’t a nice welcoming. The dentist I saw did nothing much apart a temporary filler and cancel my appointment for May advising it not an emergency and giving another appointment for Mid June absolutely terrible. And when being consultation the body odour of the dentist was very strong which is not very pleasant. After the consultation the receptionist was at all helpful and really need to be train standard it like anyone just got a job. Really this dentist has degraded very badly hence be looking to move somewhere else.

The dentist was great, so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The receptionist was noticeable by her absence, she kept leaving the desk and disappearing for ages. One lady had to leave before paying her bill as waited so long for the receptionist to reappear (she didn’t) she was going to be late for an appointment. Another arrived and waited at least 10 minutes before being attended to. I waited nearly an hour to be seen and there was no communication at all from the receptionist. She made no eye contact with any of us patients, she seemed to be more interested in her mobile phone! She also argued with me in front of a full surgery regarding the cost as I’d been told my treatment was free of charge, it made me feel uncomfortable and I was embarrassed. I’m very happy with the dentist surgery as a whole but in my opinion the ‘front of house’ staff need training in how to be more personable, attentive and approachable. This isn’t the first time I have had this experience here and many others I know who are registered at this practice have commented the same. It’s a shame as otherwise it’s a pleasure to visit! Date of visit 13th May, appointment time 3.15pm

Really good actually. Lovely friendly staff. Didn’t have to wait too long and lovely hygienist who was very helpful and gave me some useful tips regarding cleaning.

Whilst getting an appointment isn’t always as quick as I would like, the dentists are fab. Today, after turning up with toothache I was able to have an immediate extraction, which was carried out so quickly and painlessly that I am thrilled.

The hygienist was great. Thank you, but she advised me to get an appointment sooner than advised. Which I tried with reception only to be told January was the earliest. So even though the hygienist has said I have a problem that could be dealt with if early preventative treatment is done I can’t get a appointment sooner on NHS.

Friendly, approachable staff. The dentist and nurse were very patient with me as i am a very nervous patient ( due to a bad experience with a school dentist!)

I used the service via NHS111 and just got the out of hours msg. Had to wait over 2 hours for the number I was given to be answered. However once I got through I received a professional service.
