Always helpful and pleasant- all the staff are efficient, thorough, calming and professional- surgery is spotless and it is definitely the best dentist I’ve ever attended

Have been using this practice for many years now without any problems. I find all the staff - from reception to the dentist polite, friendly & professional. Kept well informed of appointments with text & email reminders. Low turn over of staff so get good continuity of care by seeing same people each visit. Dental team always explain what they are doing & proceed with care & understanding. Nobody really likes visiting the dentist, but this practice makes the experience as easy & pleasant as it can be. Highly recommend.

Two fillings in difficult places. Local anaesthetic. No pain or discomfort. Reasons for filling explained in previous appointment with views of xeays

The procedure went well with no pain to speak of! Advice on aftercare was well put over. I am very happy with the treatment and respect I receive from the dentist and his assistant(s)

The staff from the receptionists, dental assistants and dentist make the whole experience of visiting the dentist a great one. The nerves are gone as soon as you step through the front door by a great welcome from firstly the reception team, there's a very calming atmosphere as you wait for your appointment. The dentist and nurse make sure your fine all the way through your treatment, always taking into consideration for me my hidden disability, I'm not made to feel rushed and before you know it your treatment is complete.

Compared to the Huddersfield Royal Infirmary with its delays, untruths, bad practice and general unprofessionalism, the Meltham Dentist is a beacon of good customer service! Sue in particular inspires confidence. Whilst no one can say they look forward to dentistry as such, I feel that she is straight forward, informative and displays excellence. (And also treats customers promptly) Steven Hirst.

Fantastic and friendly staff, I had the starting of a panic attack, the dentist and there assistant calmed me down by talking to me and really put me at ease.

I went for my regular check up and my daughter’s first check up. The dentist is always supportive and talk me through everything. She was slow and patient with my daughter and her first experience of the dentist was a positive one. I have been seeing the same dentist throughout my pregnancy and the months after. I have always been seen timely and had the treatment I have needed to fix my issues.
