I attended my first appt on the 6th Dec being aware that I needed a significant treatment plan following being without a dentist for 7 years. My first experience with the reception team was that they were friendly, efficient and flexible. This was important to me as I work in a secure environment so had limited times in which I could attend appts, they understood this and worked around my diary. I had an initial consultation which included x rays and then my dentist contacted me a week later to discuss my treatment options. I thought this was going to be a very lengthy process, however I have just completed my treatment on the 3rd Feb, leaving with a much healthier smile. My dentist has completely put me at ease from day 1, whilst also being realistic and managing my expectations as to what could be achieved. He was friendly, professional and encouraging in the difficult moments and I am really grateful of his approach, especially having avoided dentists for so long following a bad experience. I have already recommended the surgery to friends and I’m really happy with the treatment received Thank you

Receptionists are warm and friendly and my dentist is very welcoming, explains all the procedures, easy to raise dental concerns with her, exceptional service across the practice, thank you.

Had a check up recently and mentioned about recent pain l had in a back double tooth. X-ray then checked and confirmed it was cracked and had to come out. Easy and quick to book next appointment, had a full deep clean and extraction never felt a thing Great dentist.

I have been using this dental practice for several years. And it has always been great My dentist recently changed and this has been no problem and the personal chatty nature of the dentist is very reassuring. Thanks

Good communicators, polite staff good dentist, good facilities valued locally Clean facilities and making appointments very easy, including at getting a text to warn of appointment times excellent service

Really good pre appointment communication with text reminders and reassurances. Reception staff smiling and quick to engage. Waiting time kept to a minimum and apologies expressed even for only a few minutes behind time. Dental nurse friendly and under control giving confidence. Dentist really personable and informative on my treatment. Work carried out with care and attention to my well being. Left the dentist chair satisfied with two fillings (one of which was a skillfully repaired front tooth chip - great result) and a clean. Easily accomodated a 6 month next check up at reception and paid for my treatment. All in all bish bosh no bother.

Greeted by a very personable Receptionist. The waiting area was very modern, comfortable and clean. I was very impressed with the standard of the surgery, which appeared to be equipped to a very high standard, including immediate access to view xrays. The inspection was carried out very professionally and overall the experience was very positive.

From the receptionists to being seen by the dentist, everyone I encountered were friendly ; professional ; reassuring and thorough .
