The hygenist and his very friendly assistant were very kind and thorough and put me at ease straight away also very gentle with their approach

Had a new hygienist, felt very sorry for her as her room was unavailable do to a faulty equipment so we moved up the road ,this too had a room we couldn't use so third time lucky i got my teeth cleaned and she was very thorough and professional as was her nurse,they were both very apologetic, but i felt like she spent time on me even though she must have been running so behind,she didnt feel like she was rushing or panicking due to running late.i will certainly ask for her again

I think it was the first time I have had a proper hygienist visit. He spent a good amount of time removing stains etc and so now my teeth feel much cleaner

Tom is friendly, efficient, makes sure you’re comfortable, leaves space for you to ask questions and answers them in words you can understand. Admittedly it was just a check-up, but I’d be confident to let him loose on my teeth for any procedure.

The reception staff are very helpful and efficient. My Dentist is brilliant. I used to be really scared of the Dentist but he is so friendly and chatty. He puts you at ease. My Dentist Practice has been working normally for ages now which I really like too.

My new dentist, he was great, and the receptionist was nice. The only thing that i didnt think was being expected to pay for everything way in advance, when you go for a check up its a big ask of folk to exoect to be pain before tbingsxare done. You wouldnt pay a month or so before you got your shopping... i found this embarrassing as i couldnt afford to pay for a plate so far in advance, i couldnt even be booked in without paying and gavent even got a date for my next 6 month check up. Otherwise it was all sound.

My dentist was very pleasant, didn’t feel rushed, explained everything very clearly. My dentist identified a problem and was clear in what treatment I should consider first to try and resolve the problem. I am also in need of remedial work and my dentist was honest and open about my options. My visit was a good experience.
