The professionalism of the dentist and the dental hygienist who was very thorough. I appreciate that the dentist referred me to the hygienist- as a diabetic patient I felt cared for.

My appointment was kept to time, new dentist was thorough and arrange for me to see they hygienist, who was also on time, was very thorough compared to others that I have seen, gave some good advice aswell, please do could understand them and communicate with me.

I felt very cared for as your practice did all they could to fit me in as I had no appointment as I'd developed toothache over night. I saw the dentist so treatment could begin that day and I was so grateful.

I have a fear of going to the dentist but i saw the hygienist and he was really great. He reassured me the whole time and used anesthetic on the most sensitive areas in my mouth. Thank you.
