I suffer from anxiety and the dentist was very professional and helpful telling me what was happening and keeping me calm during the procedure, felt close to no pain during the procedure. Very good, hopefully won’t have to go again but it I do I know they will do a good job.

I called in the morning about my problem. The receptionist was able to give me a appointment and some advice . Very efficient and experienced.

Although I had an emergency appointment, the staff and the dentist were very professional and I had 2 fillings done. I never felt rushed at any point.

The receptionist is just so blank like there’s no warmth or greeting from them. Feels stuck up and when I called she was making unnecessary remarks and very rude on the phone. The dentist is ok however I feel he can be too serious at times and does not empathise with the patient, gets annoyed you have not come for a check up but little does he know there’s a cost of living crisis and people are struggling to pay bills. Who wants to book a dentist check up if your teeth feel fine. Need to have some understanding and respect

Very well looked after. All concerns and needs addressed. Pleasing nature of sone staff makes the visit less daunting. Recommend to visit.
