All of your staff. Welcoming reception staff. Extremely friendly and chatty dental nurse and my dentist, she is so calming and informative throughout my treatment. Cannot praise you all highly enough.

The dentist really listens to her patient and seems to know just how nervous you are and puts you at ease. Dont thinkbi will ever be so nervous about a deep ckean again ?

Always efficient and polite experience in a very professional manner. It was a shame to be seen 15minutes late though for a 9.30am appointment as I was under a strict time scale this day

Due to no improvement of the condition of my teeth , and the cost of the treatment I have been offered a second opinion which is the way forward . I prefer a second opinion at a different surgery . As a woman who is close to 60 it has been suggested my brushing technique is the problem - I could understand someone saying that to a child, but I know I brush my teeth properly . I know since I have started treatment post pandemic my teeth are getting more sensitive every time I attend . Pre- pandemic my dentists only concern was a couple of back teeth . After a couple of treatments he was happier and suggested I only needed checkups every 6 months . I never had my gums numbed for treatment . Now I can’t have treatment without having my gums numbed . I suggested my tablets cause bleeding gums but she insists it’s brushing technique . I had no dental appointment for 2 years during the pandemic - could that have made a contribution ? I have arthritis, and tooth is bone . I was wondering if antibiotics might help and wondering if bone density could be a problem . I also have a thyroid problem which is an auto immune condition . I fear at this rate of treatment there will be no enamel left on my teeth .
