Everyone was friendly, I am petrified of dentists and started crying (pathetic I know) but the dentist and assistant showed empathy and reassured me. For most dentists and the amount of patients they see (and from previous experience) it’s easy to overlook how someone may feeling going into a dentist, it’s a huge thing for me, however you guys went above and beyond! A friendly smile costs nothing, thank you

I went here for an emergency appointment and was very nervous about it as I haven’t been to a dentist in a few years as like most people I’m unable to Register with a nhs dentist. The staff at reception were very welcoming and friendly and the dentist I saw was absolutely amazing and put me at ease the entire time, I wish I could register with this dentist but they are not taking on nhs patients which I am gutted about.

There was one receptionist who was refusing to accept me saying i was late, and even though i was on time at 12:25- which was my appt time, just because she wanted to her lunch. She wanted me to re book with nhs 111, despite me travelling down to the clinic. Thank fully another kind receptionist stuck up for me, and let me see the dentist. Thank you for her care, because i ended up needing antibiotics

Friendly, very informative. Compassionate was a lovely experience as i was extremely worried and in a lot of pain. Amazing staff.

No care from the dentists ive seen lately they just want you in and out no care or empathy. All sbout money and time. Well as a paying patient tjis is up setying and am looking st moving dentist due to this. Ive seen it change not in a good way. Ive been at the practice since i was a small girl over 30 years Receptionists are all lovely and super friendly and accommodating.. more praise for them needs tp be given unlike the professionals
