    Always lovely staff willing to help. I had an emergency appointment with lwt. The dentist are of top level. I was relieved instantly from my pain, I could not drink hot or cold drinks or eat on the side where I was having pain. That evening I was back to my normal self

    Due to a recent accident I required some rather extensive dental work, I was extremely fortunate to have registered with this practice a few years earlier. From the receptionists, through to the nurse and the dentist, it was the best dental experience of my life! Everyone was friendly, helpful and accommodating, I actually looked forward to going as the work progressed, on completion, I couldn’t possibly have been happier, absolutely thrilled with the results. Highly recommended!

    I received excellent and prompt service when I contacted them about a difficulty and urgent concern .I was treated very quickly and all staff were friendly and supportive. An absolute model of good practice .Thank you.

    The receptionist was very rude yesterday and she hang up on me twice. I don't know if it is racism or not but she asked my name and as soon as she realised that i don't speak british accent she hang up on me. I needed a help because my tooth was hurting .The call was made yesterday on 05/09/2024 at 11.05 and 11.33

    Dear Anonymous, First of all, thank you for taking time out to put your comments forward. It is regrettable that you feel this way. We take all feedback, positive and negative exceptionally seriously. The allegations within this comment are clearly of a serious nature, and we have taken time to discuss with the individual concerned. In actual fact, what happened, is that the phone reception was exceptionally bad, and kept on breaking out of signal. Our phone systems are internet-based, and as such the network suffered connectivity issues, which can happen from time-to-time. We have a commitment to see our emergency patients within an exceptionally quick timeframe, and these comments clearly go against this ambition. We are an inclusive practice, and all of our staff are trained in equality and diversity. We also have robust protocols and policies encompassing our work ethic, ensuring that our staff are aware as to what is acceptable, and how to provide this professionally. Please can I assure you that this situation was, unfortunately due to poor reception, and nothing more sinister than that. Once again, many thanks for taking the time to contact us, and if you are a patient of the practice, we would be willing to assist with any dental issues that you are suffering with.     They refused to see me, saying: “No new patients, thats the way it is” Hopefully the dentists are not as obnoxious as the reception staff

    Many thanks for your comment. We feel that we need to explain the situation within our practice that has allowed for this experience to arise. Currently, we are operating a waiting list, and as patients are calling up seeking registration, patient's details are being taken. We hope that we will be able to start accepting new patients in the near future, upon successful recruitment of additional clinicians at the practice. As you can imagine within the NHS sector, most practices are oversubscribed, and the process of meeting demand is incredibly challenging. This is not unique to our practice, but most are finding this exceptionally difficult. We understand how frustrating this must be for prospective patients seeking NHS dental care, but the format that we have to update our current services at our practice is very basic, and does not allow for any elaboration as to what the actual waiting times are. Given the understanding of this frustration, and to assist the registration process, we update our individual practice website fairly regularly, when the situation changes. Please ensure that you keep visiting there from time-to-time for more accurate information. Regarding the comments received from our reception team, this will be fed back to our staff in the form of a practice meeting as well as further, enhanced training on how to deal with such phone calls. It is regrettable that you feel the need to voice these concerns in this manner, and we apologise for this. May we thank you for bringing this to our attention and we hope that we will be able to improve patient communications in the future.

    The receptionist said they are now accepting new NHS patients! However, the NHS website status is indicating otherwise. Dubious!!
