I am leaving this review because I am out of options to get assistance. Our son is registered as a patient with Linden House Dental Practice. I have been unable to get him an appointment in 3 years. There is always some lame excuse why he cannot be seen. The last call to book an appointment, the receptionist spoke to me in the most belittling tone as if it is my fault he was last seen 3 years ago, yet every time I call for an appointment I am given some reason why he cannot have one. Once it was because his parents aren't registered as patients there (we have been unsuccessful in becoming patients as they are not accepting new patients!) but he has already been seen 3 times previously, so if he is already a patient, why can he not be seen? I was told on Friday the receptionist would check again and get back to me. I am still waiting to hear what the current reason is. While this is going on, my child needs to see his dentist. He is registered at this practice. I am hopeful that the owner of the practice sees this and takes some action so my son can get his teeth seen and checked. Many thanks
