The previous owners are not here anymore. This practice has been taken over by new dentists. First impression, extremely rude receptionist, who didn’t know much and was on a personal call the whole time. The previous receptionist who was with Wong was very pleasant and helpful. I saw a new dentist, who spent more time talking and asking unnecessary questions that wasn’t relevant to my treatment. She did a quick check of my teeth and said she would do a deep clean. She straight away started scraping with her assistant spraying water all over my neck. I tried to tell her but she just carried on scraping without checking if I was comfortable. She seemed in a hurry to finish the job. That was it! No advice was given. This cost me a band 2 of £73! I feel robbed! I tried to speak to the receptionist explaining that surely there is more to a band 2 deep cleaning, but she didn’t t have a clue! My family and I had been with the previous dentist for over twenty years and he was an amazing . He always explained everything, was really gentle and ensured his patients were comfortable. An appointment with him involved an x-ray, scale and polish and sometimes filling if needed. I always came out with clean shiny teeth. It’s a shame they are still using the previous owner’s name as it’s misleading the patients and tarnishing their reputation. I would definitely not be going back and would not recommend this practice at all.

Receptionist was extremely rude she put the phone down when I asked her name she was very aggressive when she was booking an appointment. Both Wong and his brother they are both great and previous receptionist were extremely friendly and very helpful

I have been with this dentist for many years and I feel privileged to be registered here. The dentist always explains what they are going to do first, and then talks you through what is happening. They also check that you are comfortable with your treatment. I recently had a dental emergency - I was seen quickly and my broken crown soon fixed. My partner is a very nervous patient but states that this is the first dentist they have ever felt comfortable with. An excellent standard of dentistry and customer care.
