Staff, particularly the receptuonist were very friendly and helpful. Dentist was very thorough with work and investigations.

Lots of really helpful advice was given by my dentist in managing severe gum disease. Came out feeling hopeful, optimistic and eager to put what i had learnt into practice :) thank you for a lovely experience and your time

I had been given appointment for following week and told if cancellation received I would get a call which is exactly what happened. Dentist was also very good

The dentist remembered me and corrected my problem straitaway in anice and pleasant manner reception staff were also pleasant

Expertise, advice and enthusiasm of both the Hygienist and her assistant are second to none. Slightly more expensive than my last hygienist but so worth it. Hygienist found two areas where my gum and tooth were parting company and so she numbed the site and cleaned out the pockets to try to save the teeth. This does have a name. A dentist would never have found these areas. They do do different jobs and so a good hygienist is worth their weight in gold (teeth!). I will advise my husband to change hygienists. And the reception staff don’t growl at me; unlike my previous practice.

I attended for my annual check up. I was seen promptly. Advised I may need treatment in the next 6 months. Previously the surgery had a proactive approach to booking check ups. This is no longer offered so I was advised to put a reminder in my calendar to ring and make an appointment in 6 months.
