Dentist saw me at short notice in an emergency, diagnosed problem with Xray and started a treatment plan straight away. Always very good service at this practice and staff always polite and helpful.

Clear, helpful advice from the practitioner. Comprehensive synopsis of work undertaken and future treatment, if needed. Friendly and efficient clerical staff and nurse / technician. Quality experience... Pre appointment texting much valued as a reminder

Appointment time more or less ran on time, reception staff were helpful and the dentist was thorough and carried out a good examination and kept me informed of what was going on and spoke in an easy to understand & friendly manner.

All the staff were friendly and courteous, but unfortunately I was kept waiting for an hour before being called in for my appointment which caused me to run late for the rest of the day.

Being so late for appointments. I’m self employed and time is the essence. Both appointments dentist was 45 mins late.

The welcome from receptionist she was so nice and friendly. Dentist was really professional and put me at ease. A nice experience for a nervous patient.
