Was so grateful to get appointment within the hour, not my usual dentist, but was made to feel calm and reassured. Tooth was extracted smoothly, taking her time to ensure it didn’t break. Would happily see the dentist I saw today again. She was a credit to the practice. as were all the staff I dealt with

Great dentist, very good with me, a very nervous patient. Everything explained clearly. Receptionist great . Easy to book well in advance. Never kept waiting long. All good!

Reception staff very pleasant and efficient as was dental nurse and Dentist. I see the same dentist on every visit which is really good and he does a through job and teeth feel and look better after a visit. The leather sofas in reception need replacing or a deep clean with leather cleaner as look very dirty in parts and feel unhygienic to sit on.

Bit of a wait but Dentist very friendly and kept me in the loop about what being done today and what they are keeping an eye on. I miss reminder texts when I am due an appointment.

Calm, professional, amazing dentist , gave great advice to my 19 year old about improvements he could make cosmetically which was really appreciated and very helpful.

Post covid they wouldn’t offer me any appointments. They kept saying we are fully booked and to try again at a later date. Last time I tried in October 2022 they said 'try again in six months time'. I tried in March, still nothing. I rang in April only to be told I was no longer a patient there as I hadn’t attended in over two years (which is true, but only due to their failings). I tried to explain the situation to them but they didn’t seem to understand and tried to blame it on a missed appointment back in 2018 (which was actually a cancelled appointment). Then their reasoning changed again; this time due to a lack of attendance pre-2019. This doesn’t even add up as I attended regularly until 2018 when they were supposed to refer me to hospital, which they didn’t. So, in summary they; o Never referred me to hospital as they promised. o Denied me access to treatment and left me in pain for a prolonged period. o Struck me off in 2019 and never bothered to tell me until 2023 after repeated attempts of making an appointment.
