Staff are always nice and professional. They really know what they are doing and do not try to rip you off with unhelpful treatment. Practice is clean and modern.

Could not fault the level of service obtained , would thoroughly recommend this Dental practice they really can not do enough to make the visit to the dentist a pleasant experience. A visit to the Dentist can often be a difficult and an stressful experience , but Kings End make it almost pleasurabe to attend an appointment

Have always been made to feel at ease when visiting either the Dentist or Hygenist. Staff are very professional and welcoming.

Appointment was on time, with a knowledgable and professional dentist who was socialable and reassuring. This made the visit a pleasure rather than an ordeal

I booked an appointment on the same day when I dialled in. The dentist was not fully booked so thought I can go in to have an assessment. Conscious that I am a new patient, I was made aware of the £65 new patient registration and additional charges for X-Rays. The appointment was quick and the Dr. did not find anything of concern. But I have been overcharged and paid far more than what has been communicated to me. Very dissappointed about this. Charging me twice for the same assessment was not what I was expecting.

As always seen quickly, problem sorted very courteous staff from reception to dentist chair cannot recommend highly enough!
