On arriving greeted by friendly reception ,was a bit early asked to take a seat ,didn't take long before called in by dentist assistant ,realized my previous dentist had since left the practice but the new one was really nice have me a lot off practical advice

My experience of the surgery is a good one ,never have to wait long and the dentist I am seeing at the moment is very nice and answers all my questions.

Not been for 8 years so need lots of work my dentist was really friendly and told me all that needed to be done and explained things step by step thank you

Dentist appears to know and remember you from previous visits which gives confidence. Explains everything which is very reassuring.

My dentist is very good, he always Explains everything that he’s doing. Make me feel very comfortable and relaxed, I’ve been seeing the same dentist for over 20 years at the practice. I’m very happy with the service I received

Before coming to this practice I was terrified of dentists having received painful and rough treatment in the past. The whole experience was a revelation to me from smiling and welcoming reception to happy, gentle and professional dentist who took time to explain and encourage me to engage and even enjoy the event. Well done to you all and I look forward to seeing you all again
