My son had the filling, jasper help him nicely with all the information little one need.. also accommodate us last in last visit when are bit late on appointment Dr is positive to help his clients

I know I am not perfect but to be asked “if I ever been to a hygienist made me feel really horrible and low.” I went there open to get some advice and help with one of my teeth but instead did not feel like I was helped much at all. Been told that they would prioritise their own patient first when I am one of their patients but this time I went through nhs. And at the end been told that an appointment can taking anything in between 6-9 months waiting time… left me hopeless. Defineltu will go someplace else.

The dentist is always very calm, polite, and thoughtful and makes your worries and concerns dissappear as having dental treatments can make one very anxious. My extraction and fillings were done with minimal discomfort and the whole experience was very good on the whole.

Polite reception staff and short waiting time. Professional dentist, no complaints. The whole visit was pleasant and I was made to feel at ease considering I don't like to go to the dentist.

One doesn't usually say this of going to visit the dentist, but, it was a good experience. Staff treated me well and listened to my 'teeth' issues and I was handled with care and consideration, and this impressed me.

Treatment was thorough and with little waiting time. Staff were pleasant and efficient , they were reassuring and explained everything x

Whenever I make appointments it always gets changed. Dont answer phones or keep records of change of appointments. Sat there waiting to see dentist and receptionist didnt realise I had an appointment even though I had booked in with her. She could see me sitting there. Poor managing. Dentist and hygienist are good but rest needs improvement

Good reminders for check ups with good choice of dates. Seen on or very near appointment times with great advice and questions about my teeth maintenance

Seen on time, put at ease, very friendly with good bedside manor, check up completed with X rays and advice & explanations along the way.
