Made to feel welcome by all the staff. As a nervous patient they always put me at ease and make the experience a lot easier.

The emergency dentis was amazing and listened and helped a lot didn’t think he would be able to do such a good job

The care taken and explanations given throughout. I commented that it was the least painful of all the extractions I have ever had. I have always had problems in the past.

How kind and reassuring the dentist and dental nurse was. It’s a shame reception staff aren’t as welcoming, they seemed far to engrossed in there chat between each other and on two occasions I spoke I was completely ignored. Shame because I cannot fault the dentists.
