I had a emergency so I couldn’t make the appointment I called the dentist to rebook and they said they couldn’t offer me anymore appointments because the dentist said it was my last chance which I don’t acknowledge because I made the last appointment but was 10 minutes late Really annoying as I paid for half the treatment

The clinic posted a note outside saying that new NHS patients are accepted. We therefore went inside and tried to register as new NHS patients. The staff in the reception was rude and tended not to care about visitors. When we said we saw a post outside and wanted to register as new NHS patients, the staff said they do not accept new NHS patients. If they do not accept new NHS patients, what's the point to post a note outside to say new NHS patients are accepted?

I’ve always had issues with my feet since being younger. Always. I’ve kept up on my hygiene with my teeth but there’s always still been problems. I go into the dentist and they make me feel really uncomfortable and embarrassed. Ask so many questions why they’re like this. Why this why that! I don’t eat sugary things, and I look after myself hugely. But my teeth always seem to be crumbling apart. It would be nice to feel like I’m able to go to my dentist for help, instead I now offput any appointments because of the way I am made to feel. Bluntly and rudely.
