Friendly & helpful receptionists. Very calm, bright & airy waiting area. Much improved on previous site. Dentist & nurse very welcoming. Treatment painless. Not rushed, listened to concerns, explained everything and gave good advice. Parking a bonus. Overall an excellent experience. I would happily recommend to family & friends but their patient list is full.

Helpful staff and as relaxing an experience as you could expect at a dentist I would certainly have no hesitation in recommending to any prospective patient

Met by friendly receptionist. Was seen right away. Very nice and friendly dentist and Dental nurse. Given good dental advice. I also liked the new Dental surgery. I would highly recommend this surgery for friendliness and great treatment.

Appointment process: date changed 3 times and dentist also changed at the last moment. Reception on arrival: polite and efficient Waiting time: over 30 minutes. No explanation or warning of possible delay. Explanation of delay after wait: ‘Traffic’! I certainly got a sense that the appointment information had not been switched from the expected dentist to the one I actually saw. Receptionist took the trouble to speak to the dentist about the delay and the assistant came out within a minute to call me in. I asked if an apology was possible and the assistant said that I hadn’t given her a chance to say sorry. Was the dentist aware of the appointment? I came aware with a sense of shoddy organisation and poor communication with patients. Session: Rather basic and brief, lasting little more than 3 minutes (compared to the 10 minutes on previous occasions), but the dentist was helpful and pleasant on the whole.

Staff were helpful and supportive explained everything and staff were able to explain what was going on and advise was given very professional and accommodating all necessary procedures were carried out with no problems and I went home happily.The dent,nurse and receptionist were amazing well done.

I am disabled and also have heart failure and was shown nothing but friendliness, care, concern and kindness by all involved. The new premises are wonderful and they now have a car park with disabled spaces. My thanks to everyone.

My dentist has an amazing reassuring manner and a pleasure to visit. Any work is clearly discussed and options given. New building is an improvement but clearly cost was priority not service. No windows in surgeries, no lift, no side worktops so dentists have less space for equipment and have to keep reaching behind themselves.

The dentist and dental nurse saw both of my parents who are in varying degrees suffering from Dementia. I have never met such a kind and caring duo. The whole experience was made so much easier because of their kindness.
