Having had a tooth extracted elsewhere, I found myself needing urgent help. I was given a same-day appointment. The dentist was very patient with me and resolved my issue within 20 minutes. There was no charge for this work.

My wife had a check up and booked one for me when she was leaving. She booked paid for my check-up and told them I would want a cleaning as well. When I attended my check-up, I booked and paid for a cleaning and was told there would be an extra £2.00 to pay as the original check up price had increased since it was originally booked and payed for. I find this a strange practice and an unprofessional way to carry on. It's only £2.00 but it has annoyed me. If I book and pay for something, that to me is the end of the transaction and I don't expect any more charges. I am a photographer and if I take a booking and a deposit for a shoot I certainly would never ask for more money on the day.

New hygienist was very good. Professional, friendly, really good at her job. Took time to explain the treatment, used good techniques to distract when she was injectioning sites to numb and methodical during treatment. Also showed really good empathy.

My experience here was friendly and welcoming, my dentist from Turkey, sorry can't remember his name, was lovely with the children and made the experience non stressful, he was very professional. Nice clean practice with lovely rooms that have a TV with a relaxing scene.

The past 2 dental check ups we have had a very friendly dentist for myself and my two young daughters (1 and 4). Very happy with our experiences and nice new premises.

I have a slight fear of dentists, I have had such a great experience. The dentist and dental assistant put me at ease all through the that I had . In my eye a fantastic dentist fantastic staff .

I had two fillings replaced recently and the service was excellent. The dentist and her assistant really make you feel at ease, they have a calm demeanour and are also brilliant with both my children too.

Needed to have 2 teeth removed,very nervous about procedure,but the staff were very professional and teeth were removed with minimal discomfort.

I booked an appointment with Inspire as had terrible toothache so needed to have a tooth out. The dentist was very caring and put me at ease by explaining everything to me before the procedure. I was given a local anesthetic and when the tooth was taken out I did not feel any pain. I used to be terrified of going to the dentist but now never worry. Also the receptionist are very friendly. So I am very happy for the excellent treatment from this practice.
