I was in your dentists last Thursday and had a most confusing conversation with your receptionist. I pay for my treatment which is booked for next week.I payed the bill and I ask for a receipt but I can't have one until I have had my treatment ? Why ??? I've paid and need my receipt for payment to claim my back money from an insurance I have. I have paid but am given a ( Statement of account) which tells me I owe £69.00.... But I don't as I have just paid the £69.00. The lady behind the counter tells me it is my receipt...but it's not. It reads like an Invoice. Then when the treatment is complete I will be issued an Invoice for £69.00. In the real world. You issue an invoice for the money and once it's paid you issue a receipt. It's more than confusing. I have my own business so I know what I am talking about. Best regards C Watkins

All staff we very friendly and my treatment was completed efficiently. They knew I needed an urgent appointment and managed to fit me in the very next day, which I am very grateful. However, the wait time when calling reception can last between 20 - 25 minutes. First time calling I waited 25 minutes, got to first in line and then phone went dead. Overall, a good dental practice.

Having not seen a dentist for over 35 years I was rather anxious about going but both the dentist and his assistant made me feel very relaxed and made the whole thing a pleasant experience.

Both times I’ve been to the practice I have had over a 20 minute wait which I feel is. a little too long. The staff have always been apologetic and the service with the dentist and hygienist has been good

The dentist I see is very very good and understanding, as I have a phobia about dental work, he’s very kind and will do his best to save teeth not just pull them out, would recommend him to anyone

I went to Inspire Dental Southend for a checkup. Inspire Dental is a new modern high tech dental surgery. It has a spacious waiting area. When you enter the reception is in front of you and the receptionist are very friendly and helpful. The ground floor waiting are is very spacious and immaculate. Also upstairs is another spacious waiting area again it has a reception desk if you need any help. The dentist is very friendly and asked how I was and if I had any problems with my teeth. I do recommend Inspire Dental in Southend.
