It’s annoying that you can’t book online as an NHS patient and it meant I struggled to get an appointment for 2 years but when I did finally get seen the staff where lovely and very professional.

Dear Sophie, We are sorry to learn you were not able to get an appointment for 2 years. Online bookings are only for our hygiene appointments. We started accepting new NHS patients earlier in the year after being at full capacity for a very long time. There is quite a strong demand for NHS dentists as I am sure you are aware. After years of not visiting I needed a fair lot of work carried out. All the staff were amazing especially my dentist and her assistant.

Very nice staff and brilliant dentist and dental nurse. Our son is autistic and very difficult and they were very understanding and patient with us. Nice experience all round.

Unable to park in car park, therefore had to find space in road a fair walk away, as London road restricted to 1hour only, with 2 appointments knew we’d be more than this. Have to book in twice, surely if your dentist/hygienist upstairs they could display a note to that effect. Was running 15 minutes late which was inconvenient.

Friendly staff on front desk. Appointment on time. Hygienist was polite, friendly, helpful and thorough. Excellent from start to finish.

I broke a tooth at 1300 and was seen at 0830 the next morning and a crown fitted by 0930. A private practice could have done no better.

the dentist was very caring and his assistant was to,i am nervous with injections and fillings but dentist was very quick and gave me reassurance before he started

As an older person who has had quite horrendous experiences in the past with various dental practices, the Inspire Dental Practice is a wonderful find. They truly care about the patients experience and the dentist took great care with some very awkward fillings I had to have, and I was regularly checked on during the procedure to see if I was ok. I can honestly say now that I don't mind going to the dentist! Thank you Inspire!

Wouldn’t recommend for NHS treatments. As I’m personally not happy with a filling I received on NHS treatment. The Positives are the conduct and treatment from the dentist and reception staff. And the ability to get an appointment including getting seen for an emergency appointment are seen as a big positive. But if I had the opportunity I would look to receive treatment elsewhere. Due to not being unhappy with a filling. Everything else has been positive.
