I have only gratitude for the warm welcome on entry, cheerful very friendly nurse and I have a wonderful dentist. Puts me at ease and explains everything thoroughly before starting treatment. Very professional and yet so caring. Thank you so much x

Very good dentists but it looks like it is a poor building with leeks from roof poor heating in halls. No thought in rooms for disabled for lower floor poor heating for the rooms. This I find poor as it is a new build.

Dental treatment and advice always been great at this practice, which is the important thing. But the reception is so unprofessional. Having their chats with each other, giving only a fraction of their attention to the patient in stood front of them. I felt that I and the people coming in behind me, got in the way of their socialising and their moans and groans to each other. I’ve worked in a customer facing setting all my adult life and just couldn’t imagine being like this in my job.

I was a very nervous patient you wouldn't be able to get me in a dental practice let alone have me return to a dental practice however since I have been with crowstone or inspire dental practice my fear of dental practice has almost stopped they take their time understanding and actually put you at your ease I actually keep my appointments and don't panic about attending which is something I used to do thank you for making a very nervous patient less nervous and giving a warm welcome

Love the new practice, so modern. Makes you feel like you are in a private clinic. Receptionists friendly and efficient. Both dentist and hygienist I see are very polite, friendly and professional. Not to say I love going to the dentist but everybody in the clinic does their best to ensure your experience is a good one. Thank you.

This was my first visit to the new Dentist premises. Very impressive modern building with 8 examination rooms. I arrived 20 minutes early for an 11am appointment. No problem booking in but I waited till 11.25am to be seen. Absolutely no problems with treatment.

The staff are very friendly and helpful, they all seem happy which is nice. The dentist I saw was very competent and explained everything to me.

I'm a very nervous person and do the visit the dentist alot due to having kids with special needs and dont have alot of time for my appointments. But they are so welcoming, helpful and just very understanding people.
