I called in the morning with an abscess and was seen that morning! Al the staff are lovely as I have a terrible fear of the dentist, my dentist is amazing and his nurse really friendly and helpful. Best dental service in the area.

This was the first visit with this particular dentist (third visit at this practice overall) and such an improvement. He explained everything - so refreshing from the previous dentist I was allocated who didn't explain a thing.

I am terrified of going to the dentist and have panic attacks. My experience from the receptionists to the dentist and dentists assistant for me, are outstanding. The kindness is so welcoming. Valuing and respecting the client as a human being. Explaining the process as we go along. The smiles. Everything about my experience yesterday touched my heart. All I can say is thankyou so much to everyone, especially the dentist and assistant for making this experience easier and calmer for me.

A really good practice, it’s really improved since moving from crowstone road to round the corner in London road, I can’t fault the service. everyone is friendly and professional.

The staff in Dental Inspire made me feel welcome and at ease. The examination went well, they listened to me and explained exactly what treatment I needed to fix my tooth. The Dentist took great care to make sure that I was alright during my time with her. Overall I had a great experience during my visit at the practice. I have recommend some friends to register with the practice in the past.

Clean, efficient and professional. The only criticism would be that the receptionist (upstairs and downstairs) were a little abrupt.

Never happened before but I was told when I phoned to confirm that the appointment was for any time between 1 and 2pm, so wait could have been as much as an hour. Also they email forms to fill in ahead of arrival but in the past I did that and then sat for 35 minutes in the waiting room so might as well fill in the forms on arrival. Treatment was all good though
