My first visit to this dentist practice. Staff were friendly. I was asked briefly about any issues I may have. A very brief check of my teeth was done then a clean at which point the dental nurse seemed to have trouble controlling the tube that takes water away from your mouth. I was sprayed all over my face getting soaked in the process. Not an ideal first experience but I shall give it another go in 6 months time.

I booked in at reception for my appointment and was told to wait downstairs, I double checked it was definitely there and not upstairs to which the receptionist replied it was downstairs. After waiting over an hour I went back up to the desk for them to tell me my appointment was actually upstairs. No apology at all, they were very rude about it and couldn’t care less. They don’t seem to care people travel from far and wide to that practice as no other dentist’s in the local proximity are taking on NHS. In regards to the dentists themselves they are great but If I could change I would purely as the reception team are awful and don’t care to mess up somebody’s day. Sit there chatting about giving there numbers to blokes doing work on the practice giggling like kids, very unprofessional !

I have recently moved to Westcliff-on-Sea and was delighted when "Inspire" dental practice agreed to treat me. I was notified of an appointment very promptly, all the admin/reception staff were friendly and very helpful despite my failure to complete the pre-appointment forms!! The dentist and assistant were also very helpful and supportive when I informed them of my hearing loss. I immediately felt like all my concerns were being dealt with both sensitively and professionally. The visit was very reassuring and I am looking forward to improving my dental health with this practice. One last thing: I had to discuss the sensitive matter of finances, I was unable to calculate how I was going to be able to afford the treatment plan that the dentist had recommended. So, I was introduced to a superb young woman who showed me how it was going to be possible and within my means to set up a payment plan. Again, very happy with the way this aspect was managed. Thankyou to all at "Inspire" for an "inspirational 1st visit!! :)

Great service from reception to dental nurse and confident dentist,who performed my dental problem with ease and certainly made me feel comfortable and knowing I was in the right hands,excellent job,thank you team

We was pleased that we walked in for our appointment and went straight in. Last time we came we had to wait over an hour so we was so pleased to see things had changed. Lady very friendly. Dentist to the point but professional. Nice clean new building.

Having been a client of this practice for many years I can say with confidence that level of service and professional conduct is as excellent as always. The change to the new premises from the Crowstone Road surgery has resulted in a massive improve for patients ( especially the on-site parking) 5 Stars all round!

The dentist I saw was friendly and did a great job. The receptionists I found to be very unfriendly neither smiled once or greeted in a welcoming manner. Receptionists are the face of a company and good customer service especially when you are paying is important they should be delivering a friendly warm service. I work in customer service so understand sometimes dealing with members of the public can be draining but if you do not enjoy your job then don’t be there and let someone who would. I waited 30 minutes over my appointment time and when I asked how long I would be waiting there wasn’t much care towards me querying how much longer I would be waiting.

Top notch treatment as usual from start to finish. From getting a reminder by phone, to booking in, and the wonderful dentist and nurse who were very kind and professional to someone who is terrified of a dentist ! Would highly recommend this practice.
