Everyone who works there is extremely kind and helpful. Always been called in within 5 minutes of my appointment time. Needed to go upstairs one time and was helped up and downstairs as I use a crutch

Overall I had a great experience. They registered me and my son quickly. Offered us appointments within a week. The practice is modern and clean. The dentist I saw and the dental nurses were all super helpful and friendly, especially with my 8 month old. My only criticism would be the reception team did not seem too welcoming. I worked as a receptionist for 6 years in a GP surgery so maybe I’m being picky, but I also heard them complaining about how many new registrations they had, which I don’t think is entirely professional to say that when you have patients standing near the desk.

Can not believe how good the service is at this practice. My wife and I have just had our first visit and we were so pleased the way we were treated, right from the moment we walked through the door. But the dentist and his nurse we saw were very professional, they made us feel at ease and explained every thing they were going to do. We have been to other dentists over the years but none as good as these. Thank you for a great service.

Cannot recommend Inspire dental enough! Everyone at Inspire Dental from the receptionists, the dentists, and the hygienist are all highly professional. They have created a really friendly practice, offering a relaxed environment with amazing results. Couldn’t be happier.

I always find the dentist and the rest of staff helpful and friendly. The practice is always clean and tidy where you feel at ease there.

I have been with this practice for several years. I have always found the reception staff, hygienists and dentist very helpful and pleasant. On this occasion I saw both hygienist and dentist for check up. They were both very thorough and caring. I hope to be able to continue seeing them both in the future.

I was in your dentists last Thursday and had a most confusing conversation with your receptionist. I pay for my treatment which is booked for next week.I payed the bill and I ask for a receipt but I can't have one until I have had my treatment ? Why ??? I've paid and need my receipt for payment to claim my back money from an insurance I have. I have paid but am given a ( Statement of account) which tells me I owe £69.00.... But I don't as I have just paid the £69.00. The lady behind the counter tells me it is my receipt...but it's not. It reads like an Invoice. Then when the treatment is complete I will be issued an Invoice for £69.00. In the real world. You issue an invoice for the money and once it's paid you issue a receipt. It's more than confusing. I have my own business so I know what I am talking about. Best regards C Watkins
