I attended an emergency appointment for a toothache, was expecting to have an exam and have to rebook. The dentist gave me time to get me out of pain then and there in the chair and on top of that, I took my 4 month old daughter who needs lots of attention, one of the nurses come in and took my daughter out the room to comfort her and keep her occupied so I could have the work done. I am extremely grateful to the dentist / dental nurse for trying to be so accommodating and I’m extremely grateful for the nurse who helped out with my daughter as I didn’t have child care. Thankyou all for being so friendly, helpful and accommodating to a new mum in pain!

I came in for my appointment February 2024 for the first time after registering with the practice and i just felt i was in the right place from the receptionist i spoke to the the dentist that saw me was really awesome as a matter of fact from what i observed i will rate the practice a 10 out of 10. I'm quite pleased and happy with the team .

I had a bad experience during my visit to this dentist for a tooth filling and I found the conduct of the dentist un-ethical. At the time of the appointment, I was told that there is a need for another regular checkup, after one was done recently. They charged me £25 for the new check up in addition to the charges for a tooth filling and the assigned dentist barely glanced at my teeth for no more than 10 seconds. I suggested that this was not fair at the time but my concern was not addressed. I felt ripped-off by the practice. Secondly, the customer service is extremely poor and it is next to impossible to get an appointment via telephone. Avoid this dentist if possible and seek ethical care elsewhere.

Even though not on the NHS list for any Dentists, I was able to register and get a next day appointment with them. ( I was surprised as I thought most dentists surgeries were only private now). I was seen on time, each time, for my 3 visits (1 assessment, 2 sessions of root canal and very large fillings) and I believe the Dentist and assistant did as much as they could to help me, given that my teeth were in bad condition. So, thanks to Inspire Dental Southend for efficiency and quality of work.

All the staff are friendly, all dental work I’ve had done has been managed well and I’ve been informed of any treatment I’ve needed. My only issue is that as a new practice I would’ve expected the building to have a lift. There are two flights of stairs to the first floor where a recent appointment had been made for me, but I’m not able to manage the stairs. I’ve always had my appointments downstairs in the building and in the previous building too. Patients should be informed of what floor their appointment is on and reception should check that patients can manage the stairs before booking them in.

First time seeing the dentist for my little boy they were really good with him he felt at ease n was so happy to b there they made him feel very comfortable and myself I had an appointment straight after and they also made me feel comfortable n at ease and were very polite kind n informative
