I always have the best service when I go to this practice. They remember me as an individual which goes a long way to making this feel like a personal service.

My new dentist is lovely, explains everything, reassures. The reception staff are welcoming and helpful. I like the new layout of the reception. I have been at this practice for years, and they are a lot better now then how they were.

I've been using them for 10 years, always clean, friendly, super thorough, helpful, informative and professional. I've have filling, removals, and hygiene visits. I'm a nervous person and they're great at keeping me calm.

Hygenist was prompt thorough and helpful, I did not have to wait and I was seen at my appointed time. Both assitant and Hygenist were competent, working well as a team

I used the hygienist service and was offered plenty of options for times and dates that would suit me. I had a short wait for my appointment in a comfortable waiting room and was then collected by a very friendly member of staff. The procedure was good and I was given clear advice. All went very smoothly and I got back to work a little earlier than expected. Very satisfied with the service but wonder if the cost is a bit high for what you get.

Always polite and welcoming. From receptionist, hygienist and dentists. Always receive text alerts and/or emails as soon as appointment is made and also a reminder a day or two before appointment.

Phone for appointment, got a time for later that day, met by friendly assistant ontime. Quick examination & prompt X-ray. Result showed no root infection nor swelling. So left with no further action required, at that time.

I would just like to take this opportunity to praise the hygienist and say what a brilliant job she has done on my teeth. I was a smoker and had not been to the dentist for several years. I am also a little bit nervous in the dentist chair. Not only are my teeth looking brilliant I get compliments from others who say my teeth look really good. She also took the time out during treatment to ask if I was ok, and paused when I needed. I didn’t feel like my treatment was been rushed. Good Job I now have my Smile back. Thank you
