Review titled Imperial College Dental Surgery

    Replied on 10 May 2024

Dear Silva, Thank you for your feedback and we're sorry for that you had a bad customer experience at our surgery. Unfortunately, we do not have the facility to send text reminders, and we no longer have the capacity to call all patients to remind them of their appointments due to the enormous patient pool, and large call volume we get each day. However, our system is automated to send out appointment reminders for all appointments via email, a week before and a day before your appointment. Looking at your records, we see that we have sent you these automatic reminder via email on 02/05/2024 and 08/05/2024 (a day prior to your appointment). Hope this clarifies things, and would help prevent missing any appointments in the future. Kind Regards, IC Dental Team

  3. Review titled Friendly and professional practice

Rated 5 stars out of 5

by Brian Reynolds - Posted on 27 May 2023

I have been a patient for several years and am always happy to visit. The team are friendly and professional. The environment is fresh, bright and spotless. The dentists are very thorough and always take the time to explain what they are doing, and make sure that I’m comfortable. I can’t recommend this practice more highly! They make going to the dentist a comfortable and stress free experience. Thank you to the whole team!

  5. Review titled Completely uncontactable

Rated 1 star out of 5

by Anonymous - Posted on 16 November 2022

It is as if the practice has closed down but left its answering machine switched on. Trying for a few weeks now to get in touch. By phone I spend 2 minutes on hold every time and then it goes to voicemail. By e-mail there is no response. By message submitted on their website there is no response. Yet the website indicates they are still operating. Quite apart from my own difficulties, I have no idea how they are actually able to run the practice when they are not contactable.

  6. Review titled Fabulous practice

Rated 5 stars out of 5

    by L.Gordon - Posted on 20 November 2022

I have been coming to this practice for many years and it has had a very hard time through Covid. It treated many people whose regular dentists ditched them when they needed help, indeed seeing my own father when he was in terrible pain but his own dentist point blank refused to see him. They are kind, understanding and absolutely great not to mention that they are so hygienic you could picnic on their floor! Yes it’s hard to get an appointment but that is a testimony to how in demand they are and yes it is hard to get through but from my experience it is not through lack of trying or that they are ever closed (open till 8pm and open till 5pm on Saturdays!) but simply they that they are trying hard to respond to everyone and deal with everyone’s needs. They are really fantastic and I would highly recommend. Try emailing them it gets a quicker response in my experience.
