The dentist who originally extracted my tooth at a different pratice didn't even tell me I had stitches and was almost having a fight when my tooth to get it out. From start to finish it was a nightmare and the stitches got infected and I had a lot of pain. So I contacted the emergency number. They were really empathetic from start to finish. The doctor and nurse dint rush me and we're listening to what I had to say and did a thorough check up. Also suggested how I can care for my tooth and what all I can eat. Made me feel a lot better. Wish I saw the same doctor to extract my wisdom tooth

Kind, compassionate and efficient care. Following wisdom tooth extraction - previously diagnosed by the emergency practice as erupted and infected - I found myself in pain again. I was seen that evening, the receptionists were very understanding and the dentist was kind and gentle. They diagnosed dry socket and administered relief, prescribed antibiotics and took time to explain best methods of pain relief. I am so grateful for this service. It has been excellent both times.

What an amazing service! The clinic was able to see me within two hours of calling. I received excellent quick, and efficient care. I was offered good impartial advice. Excellent!

Had been in absolute agony for 2 wks, I'm so scared of dentist,he saw that and made the time there relaxing talking to me every step of the way,reassuring me the whole time, they had to rove the tooth amd I didn't feel a thing

Had my wisdom tooth removed last week and had some complications post surgery and been in a lot of pain. Went to this dentist as an emergency and they were excellent. They gave me good advice and antibiotics and feeling much better.

I was very very nervous to go and the dentist and the nurse were so nice. They spotted how nervous I was and reassured me throughout the whole visit and made no judgements.

Having been unable to get an emergency dentist appointment in my own area (Hastings/Bexhill/Eastbourne) I contacted this service on the suggestion of NHS 111. The lady I spoke to on the phone was very friendly and helpful and was able to offer me an appointment within 2 hours. On arrival I was seen promptly by the dentist, who confirmed that I needed antibiotics for an infection. He clearly explained what the problem was and the treatment that was needed, and I left with my prescription after about 10 minutes of arriving. A great relief after having been in a lot of pain.

The dentist I saw was amazing. Unfortunately, I can't remember his name but I was there on 2nd May at 7.10pm. He made me feel very relaxed and calm and I didn't even realise he had taken my tooth out because he was so quick and it was extremely painless. I really wish I could have this person as my regular dentist!

Being able to get an appointment and treatment within an hour of phoning this dentist exceeded my expectations. I was in agony and the team here were so lovely and sympathetic, even the receptionists put me at ease straight away. I had an x-ray and filling and didn’t feel a thing. My pain was gone within 5 minutes of sitting in the chair. I can’t put into words how grateful I was for this out of hours service.
