The lady dentist and her dental nurse was amazing with my mum who as Alzheimer’s and is partially deaf, she was very nervous going in but they lovely lady dentist sorry I didn’t get her name was very reassuring and made mum feel very comfortable

My dentist is very calm and reassuring. She did a great job and explained things before she started and as we went on. Would recommend her.

Called the practice up 20 minutes away from them and i was caller 1 on list. 20 minutes later i arrived at the practice to see both the girls on reception just talking and not bothered about answering the phone line to patients. i asked them why they have not answered the phone for last 20 minutes and 1 off them said we gave soi said if i was caller 1 you cant have so 1 off them pick it up and it was me that answered the call whilst i was there for me to say if you have answered the calls why would it be me thats caller 1 answering the pick up from the dentist. the 2 girls did not know what to say to that ans look embarrassed to which they should be.. so i wanted to see a dentist about an swelling in my face to be told i will have to wait till tomorrow afternoon to see a dentist to which i replied i will just have to put up with the painand i walked out rhen 25 minutes later they called me to say they have a cancellation so i went back to see them to which i was seen they gave me a prescription and guess what the chemist would not accept it as it was wrote out wrong by the dentist. im i. a lot of pain and i cant get another prescription till the day after now.i have been with this practice now for around 20 + years and its getting worse..

Went for a filling which was previous cancelled by dentist the day before . Waited over 40 minutes late for my appointment for the dentist to give me anaesthetic in the wrong side of my face for my filling . Then to be tild she cant do it today. Asked my next available day to get bk in which she wasnt available so i have to arrange it to suit her even tho it was a huge mistake on her part . So disappointed as i feel nervous goin in any way to have to go back again ?. She did apologise but still waitin now and had a numb face all afternoon

My appointment was an emergency one due to toothache. They managed to get me in that same afternoon. I was very pleased with this obviously due to the pain

Warm and welcoming receptionist. The surgery is clean and bright. The care and professionalism both of the dentist and dental assistant is perfect every time.

I completely forgot my appointment the day before which i tried to pay for but wouldn't let me so got a warning mark against my name, brain fog. Got me in day after for my check up.
