The dentist at the practice is excellent at his job and after care advice is provided. The support staff are friendly and very importantly the place is clean and clutter free

The dentist was very courteous and polite. Explained everything in detail that she was going to do and did it very quickly. Many thanks to them.

I was called ahead of my appointment and asked if I’d like a 3D scan, which I agreed to and was told to come in 1 minutes early for. Arrived early and was left waiting for 20 minutes without being called, taking my past my check up appointment time. Eventually gave up waiting. When I saw the dentist for my check up they advised there was no record of me being booked in for a scan. Complete waste of time.

Dear Liana, thank you for your feedback on the service you have received. Regarding your appointment, as stated you had been asked to attend earlier than your examination appointment time for our treatment coordinator to complete a scan for your digital record, unfortunately on the day we were having technical problems with no access to the internet which the treatment coordinator explained to you at the time and the reason why your appointment had been delayed not only for the scan but with the dentist also. We can only apologise for the delay which was beyond our control.

A totally friendly. First class and professional service from walking in to walking out the door dispelling and “fear factor” associated with a visit to the dentist In short health care delivered as it should be Thank you !

The dentist I saw was incredible, very understanding as I was very nervous. Looking forward to going back (which I never thought I’d say about a dentist appointment)

The service at Hurlfield was amazing as always. From the team on reception being friendly to the dentist and dental assistant being their lovely selves. I was running a little late due to traffic but this was no issue, as they swapped me and the patient afterwards who had arrived early. Very thankful for this. Everything is always explained clearly so that I understand, and good advice is always given in relation to any issues.

The quality of care from the reception team and the dentist is exceptional very friendly and makes you feel at ease when you are nervous in a calm environment. The dentist explains in a lot of detail about treatments and really makes you feel at ease

My dentist was amazing and super friendly and chatty. He was very accommodating and made me feel calm. Was super helpful especially trying to work out how to schedule my appointment around my busy schedule. Was super informative and I could tell he enjoyed his job and cared about his patients even explained my X-ray to me which was super interesting and showed he took extra time to explain to me my situation.
