Always put at ease during my appointments. My dentist always explains what she is going to do and what options of treatment I will need.

I’m always really nervous about going to the dentist and my dentist always makes me feel at ease. He’s the best dentist I’ve ever been to.

Hi My dentist is friendly, professional and offers great service. My only gripe is that you are asked to pay for treatment in advance, in my case 4 weeks in advance. I don't mind this, but the surgery would not provide and invoice or receipt to allow me to claim for the treatment after I had paid for it. They state that you must wait to have the treatment, before they can give you a receipt or invoice. This doesn't seem fair or correct, as a receipt or invoice should be issued at the time of payment. After some back and forth, I did get an estimate in writing, but of course this isn't good enough to reclaim the treatment costs from an insurance company. I would also say that the person who took payment from me had a slight below par attitude. Overall the experience is good though and as I said, my dentist is great.

Very good in treatment options given. Got emergency appointment same day. Explained what would happen and if any problems afterwards just to contact them again. Treatment given very good

I was constantly asked if i was ok during the procedure and also given advice at the end to help me care for my teeth and gums.

Managed to see a dentist at short notice as my usual dentist was fully booked. Staff very friendly- looked at the problem and fixed it. Thank you so much
