The dental practice I was with was transferred to Hunslet dental practice. Since then every appointment I have been given has been cancelled which is 3 up to now a few days before. When you try and ring it takes 17 mins to get to caller 1 only then to be told they cannot take your call and leave a message only then to be told you can’t leave a message as the mail box is full. !!! Frustrated beyond words.

Had been transferred to this practice as my old one has shut down. Have moved since and wanted to update them. it took nigh on 2 months to contact them as all calls had a massive queue that ended up terminating atfer @ 20 min by asking for you to leave a message which them hung up as their mailbox was always full, ringing back sent you to the end of the queue again. Sent several emails with no response. Finally got through and was to told I was no longer registered with them as I hadn't had any treatment for 2 years ( with my old practice ) Both had all my contact details and I had not been informed . Upshot is I now have no NHS dentist

Had my treatment options explained clearly and was great with respect by my dentist … was also told honestly what may happen if my Root Canal treatment is unsuccessful…

The staff were very kind but I felt like I was annoying the dentist when I explained the local anaesthetic didn’t work and she then had to top it up. When I explained again that I could still feel everything, she carried on with the treatment anyway. She was very quick and efficient, but it was very very painful. I felt like she was short on time and that I was annoying her. I sincerely apologise if that wasn’t the case though. Otherwise, she was kind and I’m grateful to have been seen at short notice. I do appreciate her seeing and treating me so soon.

Nothing was too much trouble. I was looked after from start to finish and was informed of the process step by step. All the staff are so friendly/professional and made this quite a long process seem much quicker!.

I came today without having an appointment booked as it was an emergency because the filling I had done 2 weeks ago fell out. I was seen straight away and filling redone, for which I was very grateful.

Receptionist was very polite and gave clear instructions(filling forms online). Dentist and nurse helped solve my issue in a professional way.
