I had an appointment with the hygienist today, the receptionist was friendly and welcoming and quickly confirmed my appointment and directed me to a seat. I was seen on time the work was done efficiently and I was kept informed throughout. My return to the receptionist to pay and make a further appointment again went very smoothly

Excellent work by the hygienist and dental nurse. My teeth and gums feel ultra clean. Felt very relaxed through the whole treatment.

Great as far as hygienist appoitnments go. Teeth left sparkly and clean. Although they are still feeling more sensetive to heat and cold, I've never had an issue with that prior to hygienists appointment. Lovely people, felt comfortable and listented to. ?

I only waited a short time to be seen for my checkup. Nice to be downstairs this time. Necessary dental work was explained together with costs and the do nothing option. My appointments are booked for a few weeks time.

The treatment that I received was very good, second to none. However, the reception staff could have been more professional. At a time when patients are waiting to see the dentist they are often nervous and apprehensive and to have to listen to the receptionists laughing and joking with friends, cackling, was a little unusual.
