I cannot fault my visit today. Dentist and staff very friendly and professional. Dentist explained what was happening at every step . Didn’t feel a thing!

My wife & I have always come to regard the Hexham Dental Clinic as the place where efficiency and friendlyness are part of the process. Not always painless, but a smile often softens the blow.

Had discussions with my Dentist re x rays taken recently to look at plans for future treatment. These were informative and very helpful and has laid a plan for future work.

As usual an efficient service, the ladies are always cheerful, some extra information given to help in the daily teeth cleaning too.

As usual there was very little delay in being attended to. The proposed treatment was explained in a very understandable way. The actual treatment was as painless and effective as possible. Well done.

An emergency on 30th December and a closed dentist gave me four days of pain. When they reopened excellent service came in. I was given a same day emergency appointment was taken. The treatment I had was efficient and sympathetic. I am so pleased to be registered with this practice and look forward to a further good association

Arrived and went straight into surgery. The procedure was explained and updated as it went on. Root canal filling took nearly 45 minutes followed by gel mould for the crown. All staff were calm and efficient and made every effort to keep me the same. Many thanks to all concerned.
