We always have a good experience at Hexham Dental Clinic. The dentist is great with the kids and always takes time to explain any problems and treatment for me. There is also no pressure, they give you a clear cost and give you time to consider any treatment.

My recent visit to this dentist was, as usual, a happy and helpful occasion. Both reception and, particularly , the attention given by the dentist herself, seemed to me to be exemplary. This is the N.H.S. at its best.

Once again I have problems with an old crown. I got an appointment easily and didn’t have to wait long for it. The receptionist explained to me when I made the appointment what to do if I had any problems before my allocated appointment time. I was seen today straight away and my dentist explained very clearly what had happened and what was going to happen. He not only explains procedures and billing very clearly he is also very kind and gentle

Today's appointment was my normal 3 monthly check up, I thought it was one of the best appointment I have ever had. I felt really satisfied with my outcome and will act on the advice I was given, I came away feeling really positive.

Excellent as always. Treatment was fully explained and undertaken with great care. In fact we managed to get far more done than expected resulting in another appointment being cancelled.
