The Receptionists were all friendly and Welcoming, i was seen on time as usual and the Dentist was excellent in keeping me comfortable and informed about all stages of my treatment,

I visited to find out about Invisalign. Wow, so high tech but presented really professionally with no hard sell. I was so impressed I’m going ahead confident that I will get great service from extremely knowledgeable staff.

Having booked the appointment six months ago it was nice to receive a reminder. Very pleasant receptionist and hygienist. Job done and sorted an appointment for my wife, no problem.

Very personable and efficient staff who talk through what they are doing and involve you in the decisions to be made. The dentist instills a positive feeling in the patient that she is good at what she does.

Always feel cared for at this clinic. Always treated with respect. Interested in my wellbeing outside of my dental condition, which gives an impression that my holistic health is important. Informed of the condition of my teeth clearly and involves me fully in any forward decisions on treatment.

Having missed a couple of appointments due to Covid 19 and The Queens Funeral I was pleased to be able to get this appointment in. As ever I was treated really well by all staff. The gap in my session did not throw up any problems as I follow any advice I’m given.

From walking into the surgery to coming out I was treated in such a friendly relaxed but professional way. I didn’t have to wait more than five minutes, in fact, I was called in early and actually came out two minutes after my original appointment, .Going to this dental practice, whilst not being my favourite outing, holds no fear .at all and I am so with all the treatment that I have received.
