My dentist is warm and welcoming and I have complete trust in what she does and the advice given. Totally satisfied with the service I get. The receptionist I saw was also friendly and helpful.

I was looked after from the minute i walked in.. Would of just appreciated a courtesy call the next day, as i was in a lot of pain, still bleeding and could of done with some reassurance.

Very friendly receptionist who helped me fill out the forms for my family. Seen very quickly. Dentist was very friendly and informative. Explained everything clearly and was great with my children. Everyone made the appointment very easy with 4 young children.

This appointment was for my daughter, booked same day as an emergency as she had a little accident in school. I’m very happy with the thorough examination and interest the dentist took in making sure that everything was ok with Ella, the consideration and awareness for potential future issues and the follow up appointments to ensure Ella’s mouth is healing properly.

First appointment with your hygenist... felt a little apprenhensive the hygenist came across very abrupt and not overly friendly asked for pain relief to be given for treatment but kind of dismissed it.. felt like quite a traumatic experience !

Saw the Hygienist . Cleaned between teeth . Scrapped back of teeth . Then put small amount of paste on & just gave a little brush . I then gargled with water . Could have had a longer time cleaning as was only a quick swish round just front . Not on the inside of teeth …

As an older patient this can be a scary experience. But I must say I was pleasantly surprised. The dentist had a calming manner putting me at my ease. The injections to numb the area I barely felt. Tooth was removed before I knew it and I was on my way home. All done no pain.

I had three front teeth taken out and new bottom dentures fitted, the service given from the reception staff and dental nurse was very good, Mr Kassam was excellent, took great care with me and explained everything that he was doing, which helped as I am profoundly deaf.
